É isso aí, Xarape. Texto e layout devem conviver harmonicamente sempre. O layout deve acolher o texto com extremo zelo e bom gosto, e o texto deve retribuir tamanho apreço com palavras sedutoras e certeiras.
Foi o que fez a F/Nazca para a Unimed (dois post abaixo). Por isso, o anúncio não é chupado do Salão do Automóvel. Ele apenas integrou o texto ao ambiente visual do target. Tem pegada sim. Mas eles poderiam ter variado as faixas de posição. Ficou muito igual, "fabricado".
E com isso a campanha perdeu, na minha opinião.

As peças mereciam layouts distintos. Aliás, tem até uma campanha oculta aí que seria brincar com a cor das faixas. Poderiam sair altos títulos e layouts mais variados. No mínimo mais coloridos.
